<pre>LiveInterval::killedAt() has this implementation:
bool killedAt(SlotIndex index) const {
const_iterator r = find(index.getRegSlot(true));
return r != end() && r->end == index;
}
This will always return false for an early-clobber kill. We should replace its
(thankfully few) uses with LiveRangeQuery.</pre>
