<pre>lib/DebugInfo doesn't currently support the 64-bit variant of DWARF (DWARF64).
To make such support possible, the DataExtractor class which is heavily used by
lib/DebugInfo needs to represent offsets in uint64_t rather than uint32_t.</pre>
