While building clang+llvm 7.0.0 rc1 for SLES 11.3, build fails with:

/local/mnt/workspace/bcain_0721/llvm/utils/release/rc1/llvm.src/projects/compiler-rt/lib/sanitizer_common/sanitizer_platform_limits_posix
.cc:1041:17: error: use of undeclared identifier 'mmsghdr'
CHECK_TYPE_SIZE(mmsghdr);

The ifdef guard is " SANITIZER_LINUX && (!defined(__ANDROID__) ||
__ANDROID_API__ >= 21)" but should probably also check for glibc version >=
2.14.
