The current clang trunk crashes when compiling the following C++ test case with
on x86_64-linux-gnu in both 32-bit and 64-bit modes. 

3.8.x (incorrectly) accepts and compiles the code, while, like the trunk, 3.4.x
to 3.7.x all crash on the same code.
