            Bug ID: 23215
           Summary: Pure virtual warning for qualified calls
           Product: clang
           Version: 3.6
          Hardware: Macintosh
                OS: MacOS X
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: C++
          Assignee: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: alexandermbock at gmail.com
                CC: dgregor at apple.com, llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu
    Classification: Unclassified

struct A {
    virtual void f() = 0;
    A() {
        A::f();
    }
};

clang emits:
warning: call to pure virtual member function 'f'; overrides of 'f' in
subclasses are not available in the constructor of 'A'
        A::f();
        ^

This warning does not make sense for a qualified (non-virtual) call. Overrides
will not be considered and the linker will enforce the existence of a
definition.
