test case

Fuzzing discovered that the attached test case, which contains unprintable
characters, when given as input to

  clang -fno-crash-diagnostics -std=c++11 -xc++ -ferror-limit=2 -c -emit-llvm

causes UNREACHABLE to be executed.

Note that the -ferror-limit seems to be necessary; for example, with values of
2 or 5 UNREACHABLE is executed, but with the default error limit not.
