As it says:

backtrace, preprocessed source, and associated run script.

If android bounces you back to us, please include a link to the bug report in
the android tracker.

I tried reproducing it and it doesn't crash for me, also it has a flag
"-disable-global-ctor-const-promotion" which appears to be an android-local
modification.
