gdb/testsuite/gdb.dwarf2/dw4-sig-types.exp

Implement support (possibly just as an accept-and-ignore-for-gcc-compat) for
the dwarf-4 debug type flag (-gdwarf-4) for compatibility with gcc 4.7 & to
help pass the GDB 7.5 test suite which requires this.
