Please update your workig copy and re-build from a clean directory. The bogus
detection of pthread.h was just solved on r122518. If linking fails, see what
symbols are missing and open a new bug report. It should be unrelated to
pthreads.

BTW, I don't know what is the file link.txt you mention above.
