           Summary: clang allows redefinition of static const member
           Product: clang
           Version: trunk
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: C++
        AssignedTo: unassignedclangbugs at nondot.org
        ReportedBy: akyrtzi at gmail.com
                CC: llvmbugs at cs.uiuc.edu, dgregor at apple.com

struct S {
    static const int val = 1;
};
const int S::val = 1; // or any other value

clang compiles the above sample without complaints.
It should say something like:

error: member "S::val" has already been initialized
