It looks like we're going to have to ship llvmgcc4 with all debug support disabled, this means the following 
tests are xfailed:

Regression/CFrontend/2005-12-04-DeclarationLineNumbers.c
Regression/CFrontend/2006-01-13-Includes.c

When this is fixed, these tests should be unxfailed for llvmgcc4.
