As of March 10th or so, the LLVM project made a transition from using
llvm.cs.uiuc.edu as its primary domain name to llvm.org. While all LLVM web
services, including bugzilla, are available under both domains, the internal
links have been changed to reference llvm.org in preparation for the LLVM
project eventually being hosted separately.  Unfortunately, bugzilla's links all
refere to llvm.cs.uiuc.edu, in contravention of the standard. While no
functionality is disturbed, it is a potential breakage if the two domains are
ever split apart in the future. Fixing this is probably trivial (single entry in
a bugzilla configuration file).
