I added the flag in the <llvm-src>/tools/llvm-as/Makefile:

USEDLIBS = asmparser bcwriter vmcore support.a LLVMsystem.a

LDFLAGS += -ldbghelp

include $(LEVEL)/Makefile.common
----------------------

And this file is found in <llvm-build>, too.
