To the best of my knowledge, at this point all documentation, which is the
biggest part of the website, now uses stylesheets and is HTML-4.01 compliant
across the board. Those purple bars are now going to be revisited...

Note that the CommandGuide files are not following the standard documentation
format/layout (being HTML versions of manpages) so I am not CSS-ifying them.
They should be converted to some independent format that will then be able to
generate man pages and HTML output from the same input, so we don't have to
change two places every time we add/remove tool options/features. This will
become another bug in itself.
