The last remaining PODs are in: llvm-nm, bugpoint, and llvm-bcanalyzer (formerly
of llvm-abcd fame):

I am closing this bug as we have created all PODs we currently need. I will
reopen a bug for automatic testing of whether pod2html and pod2man are found on
the system, and optionally making (and installing) man pages for users.
