I just installed the pre-built LLVM9 binaries on a Windows machine and I noticed that LLDB.exe imports from python36.dll. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Was this an intentional change
from LLVM8? (which doesn't depend on external python DLLs)</span></div>
