<pre>After the inferior crashes, if I continue to step, a stepping into function
plan gets pushed onto the plan stack but that plan is never removed. Continue
stepping will simply cause the plan stack to grow indefinitely. This can be
observed easily with the functionalities/inferior-crashing/recursive-inferior
test.</pre>
