[lldb-dev] bug in Host::GetLLDBPath?

In the case statement for ePathTypeLLDBSystemPlugins, in the Apple
preprocessor branch, it unconditionally returns false.  Is this supposed to
return true?  I'm having a hard time figuring out why this would be correct
as written.
