[lldb-dev] Request for patch lldb.value descriptors.

Hi lldb-dev,

I ran into some issues with lldb.value python class. And thought of
improving it. The change is very small but important for a critical bug in
__eq__ operation and also made the exceptions more descriptive.

I have attached a patch that makes the required changes.
Please let me know if these could be included in the lldb codebase.
