[Lldb-commits] Relanding - Enable multithreaded debugging on Windows.

I can't reproduce this buildbot failure on my local Linux machine.  Do you
know exactly which buildbot reported the failure?

It's as if the patch didn't remove the old main.c.  Having both main.c and
main.cpp in the directory causes make on Linux to build main.c instead of
main.cpp, even though CXX_SOURCES was set to main.cpp.  I can't explain
that, but it does produce exactly the failure reported by the buildbot.

I've since re-landed the Windows portion of this patch, and everything has
remained green.  I'm therefore going to try the common changes again.  If
it breaks this time, I want to force the buildbot to do a clean build.  If
it still breaks, I'll revert.
