Good to know.

Yes it's not a good thing to have lurking around. I assume it hasn't caused issues (yet) because I was exclusively testing with a v2 runtime anyway.

It seems a reasonable requirement to want Describe() to be const in general (I definitely want that in the v2 runtime - or at least it makes my life *a lot* simpler to have such guarantee)

Will fix tomorrow morning by making the base class function const too, unless there are objections!
