Any thoughts on what might be causing the regressions related to breakpoint locations?
  As of r183928, there are 48 test failures with the gcc buildbot
  As of r183931, there are 12 new failures with the clang buildbot

The common theme in the logs is:
    AssertionError: False is not True : Breakpoint location shown correctly
