[Lldb-commits] CMake patches

Hi all,

Attached are more cmake patches to make lldb compile on Mac OS X with cmake.
We're still missing debugserver and a link error: We still have to
generate the lldb_vers.c file on the Mac (or change the versioning
information for CMake/Makefiles builds).

Please test it on Linux to see if it breaks stuff, as I have enabled
some libraries (in places where they should work across platforms).
