[Lldb-commits] Compilation fixed on linux.

Hi all,

with the following patch series lldb is compiling again on Linux.

In patch 1/3 I have added all the Makefiles needed to compile
the missing plugin. I tried to follow the naming convention
for library names but I'm not totally sure of what I choose so
if you could have a look I will be more than happy to fix them.

All the rest are just fixes to make the whole thing compiling but
again any feedback is more than welcome.
