LOG: Revert "[libc++] Explicitly enumerate std::string external instantiations."

This is causing failures for multiple buildbots and bootstrap builds,
details at https://reviews.llvm.org/rG61bd1920.

This reverts commit 61bd19206f61ace4b007838a2ff8884a13ec0374.
