I figured out that you meant amdgcn-mesa-opencl instead of
amdgcn-mesa-mesa3d-opencl. r600-mesa-opencl builds as well, but note
that I still get a failure with amdgcn--amdhsa (or amdgcn-amd-amdhsa or
amdgcn-unknown-amdhsa).
