[clangd-dev] Coc.nvim > Ycm

Hi folks,

I've been using Coc <https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim/wiki> for LSP
support in neovim and it's pretty amazing! It's very easy to setup (I'm
looking at you Ycm), has full LSP support and vim feels like vscode. It
would nice to update the clangd website with Coc.nvim as the recommended
vim plugin if everyone else feels the same way.
