<div dir="ltr">Hi All,<div><br></div><div>This is my first time posting to this group, so I apologize in advance if this is not the appropriate place to ask this question.</div><div><br></div><div>I have been struggling with clang in an attempt to generate fine-grained and accurate row and column information int the ".debug_line" DWARF section. I have written up a detailed explanation of my problem in the following SO post, so please take a look there:</div>
<div><br></div><div><a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22871047/how-to-get-more-fine-grained-row-col-debug-info-from-clang">http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22871047/how-to-get-more-fine-grained-row-col-debug-info-from-clang</a><br>
</div><div><br></div><div>Does anyone here have experience with this? Is there a way to get more detailed row/col info?</div><div><br></div><div>I would also be willing to modify the clang source to achieve my desired results, assuming it would take a reasonable amount of effort. If that is the case, I could post to the clang-dev group and see if they have any insights.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Thanks in advance for your help,</div><div><div><div><br></div>-- <br><b><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Benjamin Dicken</font></b></div></div></div>
