I'd like to propose creating a new dedicated mailing list
for libc++, libc++abi and libunwind. The list would be
called libcxx-dev, and it would have less traffic and be
more targeted than cfe-dev. This will be helpful, especially
with the growing number of people that contribute to libc++

I know at least a couple of people involved in libc++ are on
board (e.g. Marshall), and I'd like to know whether anyone's
objecting to that move. If not, I'll go ahead and send an
email to the Foundation requesting for that to happen (and
all the associated plumbing like Herald rules).<br class="">
