I think will be good idea to remove Clang-modernize at least from<br>
installation if not from build or even source tree before 3.8 release.<br>

Functionality was moved to Clang-tidy already. Old conversions were<br>
improved and new conversions was added in Clang-tidy.<br>
<br>
So Clang-modernize only takes space and build time without providing<br>
any advantages over Clang-tidy.<br>
