What are the requirements on the compiler and dependencies to compile libclang on Windows? I'm wondering if it's possible to compile using DMC or the Microsoft compiler.<br>

I would prefer to avoid the MinGW dependency if possible, at least for distribution.<br>
<br>
Note that I'm only interested in libclang, no need for code generation.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
