[cfe-dev] 4.0 -> 5.0?

Hi,

This is just curiosity: what's going to be so different (from an end-user PoV) 
that the upcoming next release will apparently be 5.0.0 instead of 4.x?

I tried to get an idea on llvm.org but the available documentation is confusing 
at best (and somewhat lacking throughout):
