[cfe-dev] Using arc with the monolithic git repo

Hi,

I'm trying to apply a patch from Phabricator with arc using the monolithic
git repo. The patch must have come from a single repo (clang-tools-extra)
as it fails to apply. Is there a simple fix for this? If not I can check
out and apply the patch on the clang-tools-extra repo.
