[cfe-dev] code owner for OpenCL

Hi all,

I'd like to nominate Anastasia Stulova of ARM to the
OpenCL code owner position in Clang/LLVM. From what I've seen
She is very knowledgeable of both Clang and OpenCL and careful to
details in her patch reviews.

Getting an official code owner for OpenCL would accelerate
its progress in upstream Clang/LLVM.
