[cfe-dev] Where did the AST matcher reference go?

Would you mind taking a look to see if there are parts which are still 
relevant after your change?  This is a patch from a new contributor.  It 
looks like at least the link is still useful.  Not sure about the cmake 
bits, they're structured a bit differently.
