Hi,

If you have merged bug fixes to the 3.6 branch and feel they are worth
mentioning in the release notes, please go ahead and update the
3.6 release notes.

If you don't have commit access or are too busy, you can also send me
your release notes, and I will update them in the 3.6 branch.
