[cfe-dev] how do i link my libtool to qt libraries

when I do :-
libtool file.cpp -- -I
cygdrive/c/QtSDK/Desktop/Qt/4.7.4/mingw/include/ -F
cygdrive/c/QtSDK/Desktop/Qt/4.7.4/mingw/lib/
It cannot find the headers like QtGui . I heard that compiler flags
will work for libtool . How can I make it work ?
