[cfe-dev] How can i turn libclang to thread-safe mode?

I'm using Clang via libclang. I've found llvm_start_multithreaded() so is
it possible to turn libclang to thread-safe mode with it? Does it affect
libclang for parsing, tokenizing, indexing?
