[cfe-dev] buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x86_64-ubuntu

If this machine has limited memory, we should get one with more memory.
 Links shouldn't take this long.  Just from looking at the bot name, I
assume this is basically 64-bit Ubuntu, which should be super easy to
replicate / rebuild.
