[cfe-dev] buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x86_64-ubuntu

I brought this up, too: I believe the command timeout is too short. I
think just doubling the timeout (or something like that) ought to be
enough to fix the issue, but I don't know the infrastructure and
didn't get any feedback when I suggested it.
