[cfe-dev] mingw error while building clang

Hi all,
     I am trying to build llvm and clang form svn repository. I used mingw
on windows. I tried steps provided on getting started page of clang.org for
unix like system. It finely configured. but when i tried to make command it
gives error that "no rules are defined"

what is the problem??
