[cfe-dev] Configuring HAVE___DSO_HANDLE by CMake

Hi,

I noticed __dso_handle in config.h.cmake is never checked by CMake and set
to undef by default.
My understanding is that autoconf-version of configure checks for
__dso_handle.
Do we still need to have __dso_handle defined when available?
The definition is relevant only to lib/ExecutionEngine/JIT/JIT.cpp.
