[cfe-dev] openSuSE 11.4 support failure

Hi,

On May 22, 2011 Ismail sent in a patch to update openSuSE support for clang:

I'm running openSuSE 11.4 and the "--dynamic-tags" switch causes "ld" to fail:

[trevor at devel-suse64 clang]$ cat main.c
#include <stdio.h>

int
main (int argc, char *argv[])
{
        printf ("Hello, world!\n");
        return 0;
}
[trevor at devel-suse64 clang]$ clang main.c
/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.5/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld:
unrecognized option '--dynamic-tags'
/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.5/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld:
use the --help option for usage information
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

I wonder why it fails for me but not for Ismail?
