[cfe-dev] New 'www' svn module

The llvm.org website is now in subversion. You can checkout the website in 3 modules:

1) www: All of the website except the pubs and releases dir.
2) www-pubs:  The pubs dir
3) www-releases: The releases dir

Commits to these modules have the same policy as code. Please see:
http://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html

Hopefully thats pretty straightforward.
