I'm using RapidSVN on windows with WinMerge set up as my doffing tool.

The problem here is that I can svn add via RapidSVN, but when preparing the patch WinMerge refuses to diff against a non-existent file. Does anyone have suggestions for a better Windows tool to use here? Ideally one that does not involve shell extensions (i.e. not tortoise!)
