[cfe-dev] The patch for TargetInfo* TargetInfo::CreateTargetInfo(const std::string &T) by using Triple in Triple.cpp of llvm Support lib

By using Triple, and modify Triple, the function TargetInfo*
TargetInfo::CreateTargetInfo(const std::string &T)
changed to be more simple and clear.
