Hi Sascha,

'make install' is something were just not really thinking about right  
now.  Also, the scripts in 'utils' were never meant to be products;  
ccc just became something that resembled a regular compiler driver.   
We plan on moving over to a "real" compiler driver in the future and  
that would likely be installed using 'make install'.
