the updated patches for this feature.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Consolas>I have taken on board Richard's requests and I
am posting (hopefully) without uuencoding for all you that use Apple
computers! If it still comes through scrambled, let me know and I will
post the links to the web-based version of the patch.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Consolas></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Consolas>I have also slightly reordered the contents of
some of the patches to make the separation more exact which means, for
example, that patch 5 does not include any changes that only affect patch
6, and thus patch 6 can be considered entirely optional.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Consolas></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Consolas>Patch 1 is attached here. This one raised
no issues from Richard, but I have additionally moved in a change to the
parameters for ParseDirective since it does not need a Preprocessor object but
only a SourceManager and a DiagnosticsEngine object. Changing this allows
ParseDirective to be called in a situation where a Preprocessor object is not
available.</FONT></DIV>
