Weird.. Use 'svn diff --diff-cmd=diff -x -U999999' as usual, no specific properties are set on 'scan-build', 'svn proplist -v scan-build' gives:
Properties on 'scan-build':

  svn:executable
    *
  svn:keywords
    Id

Fixed CRs manually, updated the patch.
