[PATCH] Generate warning when explicitly specified vectorization fails

Hi Alexey,

I tried it in 32-bit mode. I didn’t see any failures with my patch. Although I did see a number of MCJIT failures, but I don’t think those are related.

Could you elaborate on what you saw in 32-bit mode?
